Missing disc - Great product. The drawback is the poor customer service from Amazon whenever anything goes wrong. My package did not include the free Blu-ray disc, a relatively minor issue, but getting Amazon to sort this out is a nightmare!
Fantastic product. - Well what can i say. Another fantastic product from Panasonic. When playing a blu ray feature the picture and sound quality on this machine is amazing. I purchased the 3.1 system and i have no intentions of buying the extra wireless speakers as i feel there is no need to as the sound produced is very loud and crisp. The dts hd and true hd sound is out of this world. Awesome product.
